The 1.5 submits the production schedule and supply plan of the contract products to the user according to the customer's specific delivery requirements.
★2. Service in Sale
2.1, our company guarantees that the cables will be delivered to the construction site on time with quality and quantity according to the delivery time and quantity requirements of the contract.
Our company will strive to meet the requirements of users 2.2 to changes in delivery time and delivery quantity put forward by customers due to construction and other reasons.
2.3 If the user requires, our company will provide users with cable processing, installation, maintenance and other technical knowledge training.
★3. After-sales service
3.1 After the product is put into use, our company will send special personnel to track the service and pay close attention to the operation of the product.
3.2 users find quality problems during use, our company will reply within 1 hour after receiving the information, and send them within 12 hours in the province and 24 hours outside the province if they need to be solved on site.
3.3 During the 1-year warranty period, any damage, defect or failure of the manufactured products and engineering lines due to the defects of our company's design, manufacturing and materials, our company shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the written notice from the buyer, and be responsible for repairing or replacing the defective products quickly and free of charge to meet the corresponding technical requirements, and bear the remedial responsibility for the above situation. In the process of laying or using, if there are accidents or defects caused by non-manufacturing quality reasons such as unexpected problems, our company will also actively cooperate with customers to repair the cables as soon as possible to ensure that the lines are unblocked as soon as possible.
3.4 In the process of product construction, if you need technical training and other services, our company provides free services. After the product is delivered, our company can provide laying and installation guidance services according to the user's requirements. During the cable operation, if the user has any questions, he can call our factory. If necessary, our company can send technicians to the scene to solve the problem.

In case of any problem, the Seller shall send qualified technicians and tools to the site for technical service unconditionally after receiving the notice from the Buyer.
